Four things, all of them running in production today.
Students ask a question — in a Telegram group, or in the app — and get an answer built from the institution's own notes, past papers and faculty material. Not from the open internet.
Answer sheets are submitted as PDFs and evaluated in batches, returned with per-question marks and a result page per student. Priced per paper, so a sampling batch costs the price of a sampling batch.
One mobile build with three faces. Students see their enrolled subjects and ask doubts; faculty see their batches, group settings and moderation queue; administrators see everything, plus broadcast and people management.
Messaging-platform administration, spam and abuse response, reporting, and the integration work between systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
A faculty group under a spam attack. A coaching institution's Telegram faculty group was flooded — over 9,500 spam accounts joined and the group became unusable.
Roughly two hours to diagnose and stop the influx, then 8.69 hours of clean-up and restoration. Every removed account was logged — user ID, name and join time — and the full list handed to the faculty, so it was verifiable that no genuine student was removed.
Billed at cost plus hourly labour: ₹3,408 total, itemised on the invoice. That is the whole engagement, not a retainer.
A scoped quotation, then a numbered invoice-cum-service agreement stating what is included, the term, and the amount. One-off work is charged once; ongoing work is charged monthly against a stated total, never open-ended.
